The only time's that I've been in BB the last 4 yrs is when I've upgraded their servers or P.O.S. systems, lol. They paid ME to be there!

I've worked retail plenty. I was commissioned, and that's a good motivator to know your stuff for your customers. So while commissioned people can be more pushy, they know the product better/care more than low hourly people will, generally.
8-10 hours for a virus removal? You must be doing it wrong... 3 hrs tops, depending on scan times.
