I am very new to surround sound and don't have a big budget. My budget is about $200. I decided to get these cheap entry level Monopiece Speakers. With around $100 left, is there a reciever that supports this 5.1 setup? I plan to use speakers for tv, computer, music and ps4 games.

Thanks!

Since those speakers are not self powered you can't use just a decoder. I don't think you can get any new AV receivers for less than $250. Best Buy might have an open box unit but make sure it is complete (you cannot set it up without the remote). Another option is to find a used one on Craigslist or from a thrift store. It may not have HDMI switching but so long as it has digital inputs you should be OK. If you buy a Bluray player make sure it has digital audio outs since many have only HDMI.
