best compatibility ?

Solution
Typically asking what is the best compatibility is a bad question because your either compatible or not. First of laptops are made with components made by 3rd parties components. Those 3rd party components need software (drivers) to talk to Windows and that software is written by the maker of the components and modified by the computer branded name. Example: graphics cards are mostly made by Nvidia, Intel or ATI. HD's by Seagate, maxtor and others. Sound cards realtec and sound blaster to name a couple.

That's an advantage Apple has over Windows machines because Dell, HP Toshiba, Acer and the rest all mix and match components whereas All MBA 15" will have the same components makers. Apple doesn't mix and in the same model match...

It's just there are so many different model and brands in the Windows laptops it makes it more complex to support.

Lenovo offers both Windows 7 and Windows 8 drivers for that laptop. Naturally the Win 8 drivers will likely be more up to date than Win 7 drivers. If you really hate Win 8, then install Win 7. Get the 64-bit version which will allow you to use more than 3.2GB of system RAM.

Installing should be real easy, just insert the Windows install disc in the DVD drive.
