What's the best (temperature, speed, multi-tasking capability) intel core i7 processor for a laptop?

It depends on your usage, if you work with games/apps that benefit from quad core,then consider i7 720QM,otherwise i7 620M(or even slower i5 models) will be fine for daily tasks and single threaded apps.
