Best earbud microphone

I need help finding a pair of earbuds with a microphone that filters out background noises while still picking up my voice. Hopefully something with dual mic technology like some of the higher end headsets have. I don't really care about the quality of speakers, I just want to be able to walk down a busy street and have a the person on the other end hear me well. Wireless is a plus but not a requirement. Any help is much appreciated.
