Best Free Game Recorder?

Hey guys, I have come to ask, what is the best free game recorder?

I can't use FRAPS because I am dirt poor, and CamStudio doesn't work with games in fullscreen. Any alternatives that will work?

Unfortunately, unless I am mistaken, you need an MSI card to do this.
