best free software to diagnose and repai windows 10 problems

I am having problems with my Lenovo laptop. It is booting very slowly and is not running well at all. I have used Ccleaner and System Mechanic. They have not helped find a solution. What can I do to solve this problem?

Unusual for System Mechanic Pro to not help I have used it for over 10 years.
Really at a loss here. Running slow you say?
