Question iCloud and Windows

I volunteer to help seniors with problems they may be having with Apple devices; I have only a passing familiarity with Windows.

A lady seeking my help has a fairly new iPhone and a Samsung computer running either Windows 10 or 11. Like many seniors I help, she has a very low threshold for frustration when it comes to technology.

What she seeks is a simple way to sync the photos on her iPhone with her Windows computer. Bells, whistles, photo-editing, etc., she does not need: just an easy-for-her-to-grasp way to sync her photos between her iPhone and Windows computer.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
