Best gaming mouse under $40?

Looking for a gaming mouse, my budget is around $40, I mostly play FPS games.
Currently looking at the Corsair Harpoon, any suggestions or recommendations?

I like the Corsair Harpoon! Decent mouse, doesn't cost too much and has RGB. Only downside is it doesn't have weights. I have it and I like it. Now it doesn't touch my trusty old logitech G5, but suffices for my second build.

If you can inc your budget little bit, I will suggest you to go for CORSAIR GLAIVE - RGB Gaming Mouse.

This is one of best gaming mouse I have ever came across.
