best gsm phone under 200

Yo forums my mom is making the switch to Tmobile soon budget is a big concern I've seen the HTC one s lg optimus l9 and lumia 521 which is best or if you guys can find something better for under 200ish tell me about it please camera quailty is probably most important and no no nexus my mom probably wouldn't go for it even if I tried and believe me I tried

Thanks for suggestion I've checked blu before not bad but I'm going to stick to a brand name but the bigger display is tempting

OK then go Nokia. Whichever lumia fits best in your budget. Very easy to use and well made
