Best headphones for under $50?

So I have some extra money and would like to replace my almost bass dead beats by dre.

I was wondering what you would recommend for good gaming headphones. I listen to mainly rock and or nightcore while gaming and also will be using them to watch anime and DON'T want a headset.

They need to be closed on ear headphones so unless you recommend something much bigger than turtle beach XL's as I have had that headset and they were much too small for me.

Must be/have: Replaceable wire like beats by dre, good audio quality, $50 w/ taxes and shipping, on ear headphones, soft, durable, closed (no one can hear your music etc even when it's REALLY loud), you should get it now.

Must NOT be/have: Mic (as headsets for this price range usually suck), crappy like beats by dre.

Something I enjoy about beats is that they don't break, no one can hear your music pretty much, and the ear padding is REALLY soft and even after 2 years and the outsiding of the padding being almost gone they are still really soft and comfortable to wear for hours a day.

Newegg has a sale on the Sennheiser HD 439 right now for $40, probably your best bet for closed back sets at that cost. The bass isn't going to be overdone like the beats though, but at that price range you can't be too picky.

Thanks i'll most likely buy them from amazon since the sale is already over and it's $59 on newegg or something.

Although the cable isn't what i'd call... nice it looks like it could be rigged with a different cable so long as the size of the jack is fine.
I guess i'll have to hope that they don't try to flatten my ears as all the other over ear headphones i've tried do.
