Best Headphones/Mic Combo for $200?

I want a good combination for a headset and microphone, for about 200 dollars USD. I don't really have room to go above 200, so suggestions around this budget would be helpful. I want a mic to talk in Skype calls and headphones that work for listening to music/gaming. I'd prioritize headphones above the mic, because I'm only going to be chatting with friends. I've been looking at the Audio Technica ATH M40/50x and wonder if these work. I'm really new to audio and these forums in general, so I'm sorry if this post isn't well made or organized. I'd like some advice, and any help would be greatly appreciated!

Turtle beach earforce p11. Sound quality is great, has a mic mute button and separate controls for gaming sounds and chat. Its really good (even works with ps3) only for 60 bucks
