best laptop for £550

What is the best laptop for £550 or less, preferably 15-17 inches, (can go 1 inch higher or lower if necessary).

depends on a few things, do you want to game on it, assuming you live in the UK as well, do you have an OS disk spare or not?

Not for gaming, and I need an OS pre-installed

do you want it to be thin, or do you not mind? and battery life? connectivity? disk drive? SSD?

ssd if possible, but not necessary, I don't want it thick, but it doesnt have to be really thin, battery life at least 4-5 hours and I want it to have a disk drive. Also what do you mean by connectivity?

I don't need something that high end, I DO NOT want it for gaming
