Well, I'm not anyone else, but the HP Envy line can run up to a GeForce 850m and can be custom configured.

The Lenovo Y50 is also very popular due to its price cuts (starts at less than a thousand) and Geforce 860m video card.

Finally, the ASUS ROG (Republic of Gamers) series is another popular laptop that offers up to Geforce 850m graphics in their 15.6" line.

For mice, my optimal choice is the SteelSeries Sensei Wireless Mouse (no, really). It isn't cheap, but it can run wirelessly without lag and has high accuracy. I give it an 8 out of 10 rating myself.

There is a review of this mouse at:

For the laptop, you may have to go with a custom build from LPC Digital or XoticPC to get what you want.

Both of these vendors offer a complete line of customizable laptops at their sites ( http://www.lpc-digital.com and http://www.xoticpc.com ), but trying one out in person can be a bit of an issue.
