Best laptop under 40000INR 2016

Please suggest a good laptop under 40000 INR or 35000 INR which can play online games such as CS:GO, dota 2, etc and for photoshop,video editing,etc without any issues such as frame drops,etc. I did a lot of research on it,but could not get a perfect one.
Preferably I would like to buy from-

www.flpkart.com or www.amazon.in (new) or any other official sites of reputated brand
Preferred specifications:
Intel core i5 ( 4th gen or above ) 2.4ghz or higher or equivalent AMD
NVIDIA 940M or higher or equivalent INTEL HD graphics
1 TB HDD
15.6" FHD ( touch screen optional)
Any brand would do it.

For that budget you are looking at an Acer most likely with a 940m video card, although flipkart does not seem to have any. Anything else would be 25% or more over your budget.

That's as good as anything in your budget, but keep in mind that from what you listed it does not have a Windows license, you need to get that separately yourself and install it.

Will the screen size matter as its an 14" display ?

It depends on your requirement. Gt 940m is low end gpu. Go with acer e5 573g if you really need a dedicated card. 14" screen size is totally up to you. If you find your self compatible with it then go for it.
