Best Laptop under 800$ ?

Hello friends I want to buy laptop under 800$ or Rs. 50,000. My requirements are

I won't be playing too much game. But still It must be able to play games like GTA V, Call of Duty-Ghosts, Witcher III at medium or high setting.

I will be using heavy softwares for programming like Matlab, Microsoft Visual Studio, Octave, Vmware (OS virtualization),etc

Screen should be crystal sharp. I like to watch HD videos and movies. So, I might be using video enhancing software's like Power DVD etc.

Right now I'm having Dell Inspiron 1440 5 year old, with minor technical problems of battery and optical drive it still working perfectly. But It was really tough and robust. I've used it in very rough way, but still it works fine. So, I do not need a delicate laptop. I want a tough robust laptop. So that I do not have to take care of it. Please suggest me good laptops with this requirements.

I would either get a barebone laptop or msi ge range.
