Best laptops for Interior Design

I'm based in the USA looking for a laptop with good memory, fast and can work with a lot of interior design programs $1000 or less that's not a MAC or Dell. Any suggestions?

you need to give us more info. if this is a work computer and your going to be lugging it around with you a lot the that Asus would fall apart faster then you can spell asus. also important to know is what programs you are going to be using.
