Best Notebook Cooler for Asus X450CC?

Hi, can anoyone give me suggestion for best notebook cooler for Asus X450CC?

I can afford up to $20, less is better

Btw, when playing DSII, the temp easily reach 90 C using the GT 720m, the i3 3217u managed to reach about 70-80c

is it normal temp?

Oh, forgot to add details
As you can see, the main vent is located at upper left side and it gets crazily hot when playing graphic intense game
Other smaller vents located on the bottom, I think even they are not working

How about deepcool x6?
Is it good for x450cc?

Im sure the deepcool x6 would work fine , perhaps better with the multiple fans as long as the small fans don't make it sound like a leafblower
