Best phone for me?

Hellow.
I am getting a new phone and I don't know what I should get. I do NOT live in the US. I don't prefer BlackBerry just because I think it's retarded.
I searched and found two that I want. I came from a Nokia E75 so I want something similar. The two that got my attention are: HTC Arrive, the Motorola Droid 4. Which one should I get? If you have anything BETTER than that two please! And I also love Android but it isn't a must. Thanks!

Are you able to get a subsidized phone on contract? If so, I would go with the Samsung Galaxy S3 which is a solid choice. If not though, then I'd go with the Nexus 4.

But did you see the prices of the two phones? I can't go over 200$.
