Light are gaming are fighting each other on your goals list. Good cooling requires copper / large heat sinks and including these drives up the weight and size. The other thing is I'd advise that you buy a laptop from an outfit that actually made it. Dell, like every other laptop brand you ever heard of (other than MSI) doesn't make a single laptop.

CLEVO is a large Taiwanese computer company specializing in laptops. While the Clevo brand name is perhaps not widely known, their products are re-branded and sold by known boutique brand OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)… notably Sager, VoodooPC, Falcon Northwest, Eurocom, etc. They are also considered (by whoever knows about notebooks) to design and manufacturer the best of the best notebooks in terms of superior build quality and innovative designs.

The 1070 could be done well under $2k ($1784 before discounts) but again, with more GFX and CPU power comes bigger heat sinks. There's more options in the 17" models at roughly the same price but they are bigger and heavier (5.8 lbs) of course.
