Best Tablet under $250

Hey guys,

So I'm looking for a tablet, Ideally with these 3 major factors:
-Snapdragon 800 series
-Good GPS
-2GB RAM

I don't care if its as small as an 7" screen, or as small as a 16GB HDD.

NOTE: I've been looking at the Samsung Galaxy Pro 8.4. Would that be Best? or are there others?

Samsung Galaxy is good, also look at the Nexus models.
