Best Under $100 gaming headset?

I've been using a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma for 2 years, but their close to dead. Don't know how to explain the problems but they are. So, I want to get something new.

I've looked at the Corsair - VOID and it looks okay. But what do you suggest? Good sound quality and mic quality. I don't want wireless or RBG.

Is the hyper x cloud's mic retractable? I have to bring it between houses everyday and it will be in a bag a lot of the time.
