Mass Effect 2 is the game I most anticipate for 2010. Dragon Age Origins is just an appetizer.

Mass Effect is RPG light (typical of very console oriented RPG's)... DA is RPG hardcore. Both are fun but with a different focus. ME and the vast majority of console RPGs are more approachable for non-RPG gamers. I enjoy them because they're not as much work. DA is old school... and has more depth and breadth than stereotypical console rpg's (stereotype is now a bit dated since true rpg's are starting to be seen on consoles too), but it comes with a price. It's not going to appeal to as broad an audience... however... to those of us who are into - it's the first great RPG since The Witcher.

There is more to consider for "best graphics" besides texture resolution. For example, what is done with those graphics to convey an intended experience. Nobody did that better than Naughty Dog this year.

How can you expect someone to take you seriously when you point out 2 things. 1) your love for uncharted ( we all like uncharted but you are just misserable kiddo.. really ) and hate for the 360 hardware. lol I mean come ON. How can it bother you so much the popularity of another console when you dont even own it? I own both and I can proudly tell you that ever since release ive been buying shitloads of AAA titles on the 360 and have been enjjoying this gen's gaming a year before the PS3 comes out up till now, through it. on the PS3 I own only God of War collection, Uncharted 1 & 2 and LBP which I cant even play anymore since the first couple of times.. too kiddy looking and I love hardcore and intence that arcades. Even multiplatforms still look better on the 360 and almost always will , along with better online services and connections with dedicated servers, which PS3 doesnt have.. So try to make a point cause noone cares if you are so obssessed with your console that irritates you that the 360 has ny fame instead of all of it belonging to Sony.. Is Sony feeding your family or something?PC Gaming will be more active the coming year, new GPUs, new graphic engines so our PCs will shine all over[/citation]


Multiplats are equal now with either version looking better or worse depending on the developer. Burnout Paradise looked slightly better on PS3, same with Oblivion, Soul Calibur IV, Batman: AA, and in some instances AC2 as well. Recent PS3 exclusives are head and shoulders above anything on Xbox 360 both technically and artistically, and next year looks even more impressive.

And where did you get the stat that PS3 doesn't have dedicated servers??? Practically every PS3 exclusive has them, which is why they can support tenfold the amount of players Xbox LIVE can with its matchmaking system, which is still full of lag and disconnects, Gears 2 for a great example. On top of that it's the only service that charges a fee to play. The only thing saving Xbox is a AAA marketing team, and even then their lead over PS3 is dwindling. Eventually everyone with any common sense left will get tired of it until they change for the better.

I forgot to mention that PS3, like PC, doesn't have any file size limit for downloads. What is Xbox's at, 2 gigs yet? What sense does that make for a supposed HD console?
