Bill my AT&T Account wont work for some games?

I have the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active with Bill my AT&T Account activated and I know it works because for one of my games it DOES let me do IAP with Bill my Account. But on another game it wont, it just says the payment method was declined, any ideas as to why this is happening?

If your bill is past due, or your bill is over a certain limit - they may not approve it. Also, the permissions from that game may not be set to allow that payment type.

How do I check the permissions? Ive been trolling around the AT&T website for the better part of an hour and the bill has been paid in full.

The easiest way is to uninstall the game, then reinstall and check the permissions when it asks for them.

What permission am I looking for? In App Purchases was there and allowed

If app purchases are allowed, then either that software developer doesn't accept the billing from AT&T, or there is an issue with your account. I would call AT&T technical support to check on it.

It has the option for it in game though, its weird

It could be an issue with your AT&T account. That is why I suggested you call them.

They told me i had too many refunds on my account and they locked my account for 6 months!!
