Bios password unlock

I have this Toshiba Satellite l350 . I don’t use that much . A few days ago I turned on the laptop . It worked well . But after a few minutes it shut down itself . Then I turned it on again and saw that after booting the bios wants password . As long as I remember I didn't set up any password. Now how to get rid of this problem ? The bios is Phoenix Version 4.0
