Well I'm up for renewal at the moment and just received the $40 off upgrade offers (6 licnses). Will not be continuing the subscription. I spend more time with BD Tech Support than I do with my kids, it takes a week to get a response. And when ya get an answer, they jump to a pat cut / paste response that often has nothing to do with the problem you described. When ya get the 13th "I'm sorry I misread your message"Does great on the AV / malware stuff, not like Norton and others before them, they went overboard with DRM / licensing making the process burdensome
All 6 machines experience troubles .... over time network connections lost, (sucks working on a file for 2 hours and then can't save it), doesn't like old programs, etc. But the killer was the new 2016 deliver system. No longer can I download the upgrade to a USB stick or network drive and install 6 times, from same location, I must download to each machine individually and manage each license with a separate e-mail account.
