Bittorrent finding peers on every torrent

Hello everyone , today i got the problem , i restarted my pc and when i started my bittorrent one of my torrents said connecting to peers , then every other said finding peers , soo i reinstalled bitttorrent and now every new torrent says finding peers , even those with most seeds... i also tried turn my firewall off and look if its allowed , everything is alright , iam using modem , no router or anything , i would be gladful for every help .)

You arent going to get any help here with pirating anything. Can say it isnt illegal torrents or whatever, no one is gonna believe you. Its against the ToS.
