Can someone please help me choose between these two?
ASUS A52JV-SX078 or ACER Aspire 5750G-2316G64Mnkk

They are pretty much the exact same except that the Acer has a newer Sandy Bridge based Core i3 CPU, meaning it will be a bit faster and cooler. But they are the exact same in everything else.

Only reason why I would lean towards Asus is because of their 2 year warranty and as well they also tend to give a 1 year accidental damage warranty. Plus they do have a bit better quality than Acer.

ACER have Intel® Core™ i3 Processor 2310M, 2.10 GHz & 6GB (4GB + 2GB) DDR3 1066 MHz SDRAM & Acer Crystal Eye 1.3 mega-pixels webcam & nVidia GeForce GT 540M (2GB).
