Black and green screen

Hi

After connecting a second monitor (1920x1080) to my laptop(1600x900), the screen started to show flickering, horizontal, black lines. I thought I could fix it in device manager with automatic driver update from windows. Well I couldn't be more wrong. Now my screen is all black and green though if I run in safe mode it is fine.
Could anyone tell me what fixes this? i'll try to add a picture in the comments

i7-2670QM
AMD radeon hd 6650M
17.3" 1600x900 laptopscreen
6gb DDR3 ram

Does the hue on the messed up screen change at all if you move/pivot the lid back and forth? Or does it change when you disconnect the external screen?

it happened when i disconected the second screen, and it doesn't change with adjusting the screen angle, i think i might bricked the gpu a little with the black lines and then c*cked up with the drivers, i'm going to try reset it to a previous state, hoping that'll help
