Black horizontal lines hovering all over my laptop

Hi , recently i did installed a fresh windows 7 on my laptop, I did installed all the drivers.But now i am facing a problem that sometime few horizontal black lines come on laptop and blinks everywhere suddenly.Sometime these lines come and go after few seconds.And sometime these lines stays.
I think this is a driver problem, probably can be related to my gpu,but can you tell me what could be the issue.
Any thoughts on it?

Does it happen more when you move the lid (screen) of the laptop?

nah, It just Happens randomly

Laptop is not overheating 25-30 at idle.

Laptop is HP G6-1318AX
My laptop is 3.5 years old.
I did never had any problem before, but now after installing new windows and upgrading my ram i am getting this problem.
