I turn on laptop(model: compaq CQ45) i use wirless mouse since taptouch not orking. eveything was fine but cursor freezes . I waited but Still freeze. Then i press "Fn" on the keyboard, i dn't know why I did that. Worse thing happene, screen turn black and no sign of cursor. Please help.

Since you didn't mention which operating system you are using and the default OS that the laptop has is Windows 8, I will continue assuming the same.
Assuming that you can see the Compaq logo when the laptop powers on but freezes during Windows booting process, you can try starting Windows 8 in Safe Mode. The process of starting Windows 8 in Safe Mode is identical to the one used for Windows 10 and you can see the step-by-step instructions here.
After booting in Safe Mode, try restarting Windows normally. Most of the times this resolves the issue. If it doesn't, restore Windows 8 to an earlier restore point from within the Safe Mode itself. Here you can find the step-by-step instructions to restore Windows 8 to a restore point.
