black screen but other things are working

I have Samsung galaxy S3. I have dropped my phone on the ground. It didn't break but the screen got some black lines . I hit it three or four times and the screen went green . After on hour the screen went black but all other things are still working. I can accept calls, I can charge my phone , I can hear sounds when i touch something but i cant see anything. If there is any solution without paying anything please tell me. I need help.

You'll probably need to take it to someone to open it up and have a look. If you're lucky, it'll just be that one of the connectors has come loose.

Could be a broken LCD, though.
