If you formatted you will need windows installation disk. If you have it put it in and select "Boot Device Options" then select the DVD as the boot and it will install windows.

If you cant use the BIOS settings or boot from a disc then as far as im concerned, you're "screwed." Maybe floating in a long forgotten crevice of the WWW you will find what you search for or someone will post here. But until then you either get a new laptop, search elswhere or wait for the possibilitiy that someone stumbles upon this with the solution. Goodluck.
