Solved! Black "X" on battery icon on Galaxy A10s

Sometimes I have the black x when I plug in the charging cable and sometimes I don't. I don't know if it's the cable or the charging unit I'm plugging into that's causing this. Doesn't seem to keep it from charging but when the x shows, it does take longer.

Anybody know what's causing the problem?

An X over the battery icon just means it's charging using lower power so whatever you are using to charge is not putting out the power it wants.
