Blaupunkt TV EPG

We recently bought a Blaupunkt TV. Initially the EPG worked well but in the last few days it’s stopped working - almost like we’ve turned it off but I don’t now how that happened. Does anyone know how to turn it back on??

Kindly press the Menu settings on the remote and go to Channel, select Guide type, the one that is currently selected is freeway should remove it's check then select the other one and press OK and return. Check if there will be changes.

Thank you for the suggestion unfortunately when we go to the program guide in the menu there is no option to pick another guide.
