Blinking Red Light

I have a Sony xbr-46hx929 the tv won't turn on the standby light blinks twice is it a bad power board

Hi thank you for the response I tried that and also tried resetting to factory default no luck it blinks twice and I am trying to find what the blink codes are I ever called sony I rather have root canal

Red blinking means that the TV requires service.
