i'm sorry blu ray what? reminds me of 8 track, so limiting. dvd? are you serious i fast forwarded thru any commercials or previews i didn't like or had seen watching a movie 2-3 times a year over 10 years WHY would i want to watch a preview for dumb and dumber 60 times? the control with vhs was much better fwd bang 1 button soon as i loaded the tape before it even began to play. dvd? you have to wait for the disc to load then play and that's just to be able to hit the chapters button...gooooood gaaawwwdd..way to much b.s. and time wasted..it's like over the air commercial breaks ..TAKES FREAKIN FOREVER.. yeah that's right, this was a back ward step in technology...the computer was the forward step, dvd anything was back wards step...1080p...are you serious?! 8.4gb limit? your joking right? forget the players you don't need them use a memory stick usb plug in to your comp or ( or t/v if your that stuck on obsolete technology ) you can have any P size you want with a computer and come on. my hard drive on my computer beats any dvd player and format hands down all across the board and sunk not only your battleship you ppl are soapbox preaching from, but your entire fleet to boot... my computer loads up and i can start watching a movie with your obsolete dvd junk is still loading the disc info.wth are you guys still living with dinosaurs or what? my favorite media carrying device is an old 10gb mp3 player /storage device from back in 1999 before ipods but now with flash storage chips..my favorite is the flash cards that you can hold over 4 dvd any format any pixel size movies on in BETTER then bluray format even. yeah that's right you heard me.. while you suckers are still holding your dvd's of any kind i'll be erasing my flash card (sd cards) and putting the newest latest and greatest format of multiple movies and yes even adding new movies to my same old card the size of a quarter and at 1/2 to 1/4 the price of your single dvd movie. the 90's are over, get out of the obsolete tech of the 90's aka dvd and get with the 21ST CENTURY AND BUY MEMORY CARDS yes there are alot of set top box players that support memory cards and play MPEG AND DIVX! (OMG IMAGINE THAT!!!!) tell sonys bluray and dvd to go jump in the tar pits they belong in, and get yourself a memory card player or just plug your computer into your t/v. and for you super techno geeks who are going to whine and complain about what i'm saying and all the faults with video quality and all that b.s. WHERE THE F' have you been? your not that smart or great of a super geek if you were not using memory cards 2 years ago before bluray even came out... i bet you still use mini disc cd's too don't you!!!! ipod...pffft i still scoff at you. why don't you go play with laser disc until you stop crying...you remember those right? the giant record disc looking things? yeah i bet you were on that bandwagon too for those of you who want to get with the 21ST CENTURY duck dodgers invest in memory cards, they are cheaper, smaller, and free of b.s. and 100% upgradeable to any format and resolution and holds 1 or more movies on it check this out http://www.tomshardware.com/news/kingston-usb-drive-128gb-stick,8083.html. stop screwing around with dvd anything, jump into the future NOW and not walking around in dinosaur dung!

It does not matter if you like it or not, when you buy content you are agreeing to the terms of that purchase. You can't just turn around and say, well, I did not like the agreement, so I am not going to follow it. I can't go to a bank, take out a loan then turn around and say I didn't like the terms, so I am only going to pay half the interest because I figure that's fair. If you want to fix this situation, change the laws that protect the companies and not the consumer.
