Hi,

I've got a new laptop (2 weeks), and I already have problems with it. During these two weeks, I've received blue screen about 5-6 times, with two different messages.

First one: STOP 0x000000F4 (and some more numbers then). It says that system was shut down to prevent damage to computer.

The other one was 0xc000000

I've received both of them 3 times each, always while watching some video (not sure if its just a coincidence). Any advice on what should I do? Is it Windows, or is it Hardware? Laptop is new, and there's not much on it as well. Could it be overheating or something? Because every time before this happens it seems like the fan is working extra hard (I might be wrong tho)

The other one was 0xc0000006 (fatal error)

Laptop also sometimes (rarely) freezes for about a second, while watching a video. I also got a little of this today while playing MW3, although might be just a coincidence.

What do I do guys? Is it hardware, software or me? Do I send it back to who custom built it for me?
