Solved! Blue toothe enabling problem

dear friends, I have a laptop DELL 1440 Windows 7 installed, recently I updated my Windows but I got an Issue of Genuine Windows. Shortly after updated my Bluetooth device stop working and I am unable to find/on/enable it...
Please help me what is the reason behind it? How can i enable/install/on it... GUIDE ME MY FRIENDS.

have you checked your bios to see if the bluetooth device is enabled? You may also want to see if the wifi on/off switch setting in the bios controls the bluetooth as well.

You may need to check in the device manager to see if it is disabled as well.
