Bluetooth and LG TV

Is it possible to use the headphone jack as the port for a Bluetooth transmitter (if I can find a transmitter with that type of plug) for my LG L42LE5500 TV? I'd like to send music from my TV music stations to a Bluetooth receiver outside.
