bluetooth appears offline

in my fujitsu lifebook a series when i connect a bluetooth headphones, they appear to be offline. how do i make it online

1. Bluetooth driver needs to be installed, and Bluetooth needs to be enabled
2. The computer and device need to be in discovery mode
3. Once paired, the speakers may need to be set as the default playback device in Windows (right click on your Windows speaker icon in the system tray and click on Playback devices)
