Hi

I have an LG smart tv with bluetooth. Is it possible to connect via bluetooth a transmitter and then, again using bluetooth, pair the gadget with two bluetooth headphones? That is, bluetooth all the way?

BT works as a transmitter-receiver pair. So if TV is the transmitter then it can "talk" to ONE headphone. The enable the second pair of phone you will need to add an additional transmitter to the TV.

I have no experience doing 2 BT transmitter in close proximity, I dunno if they will crash. Use Google.
