The bluetooth headset I have (velodyne vfree) won't allow both audio and mic to work at same time, when i go to audio devices the audio works but when i go to the recording devices tab there is a small gap and then silence from the headset meanwhile the mic suddenly starts to work. I have windows 10 and can find no specific drivers for the headset for any operating system. Is this a common problem with bluetooth headsets or a windows 10 problem or is it just this headset?

Do you mean to click the listen to mic button in windows recording options because that didn't work and it's literally me going in there and clicking the audio tab that turns mic off and if i click recording/mic options than the audio (spotify or skype) instantly stops, in skype call with friends so can confirm mic turns off and also can confirm audio stops obviously.
