BLUETOOTH wireless MIKE

I am getting a bluetooth receiver that talks to my hearing aids. The company sells a portable mike that interacts with the bluetooth receiver using FM. The price is prohibative. How or where can I get a portable mike that will transmit directly to my receiver? The purpose is to put in the middle of a dinner table to hear all in a noisy location, or that my wife can wear when we are driving so I can hear her. The receiver will react with any bluetooth.

Bluetooth is proprietary, so only their mic is going to work on their system, however what is the model number? Shopping around may get you a much better price.
