Solved! Bluetooth with 5.1 channel

I'm planning to buy a 5.1 channel soundbar for my room (small, 150 sq ft). The problem is that I don't have either a TV or a pc in my room. Can I actually use a 5.1 channel soundbar with just the Bluetooth 5.0 on my phone?
I'm really a noob at audio-related stuff, so point out if I'm doing anything wrong.

Sure you can us it with bluetooth, it just won't play 5.1 audio, will be stereo. It should have option on the soundbar to use all the speakers even in stereo mode, although I find that a bad setup since you will be hearing left/right audio from behind you which will ruin the stereo imaging that is built into the recording.
