Boot from USB on PhoenixBIOS

I need to be able to boot my laptop from a USB stick. When I try I have the option to boot from "Removable Devices" but it won't recognize my stick. I have PhoenixBIOS version 2.20. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried changing the boot order in BIOS? Try making the USB the first choice when boots. That may fix the problem.

Yes I have, it simply skips over the USB flash drive and continues on to the hard drive.

Are you sure the drive is readable by that particular device? Also, that the restoration information on it, is actually for that device?
