Boot from USB

My problem is simple, How do I boot from USB?

The USB drive is not recognised as a source to boot from in my BIOS.

My computer is Vivo Book L402NA Type E402NA
My BIOS is ASUS Bios Utility – EZ Mode

Make sure its formatted in FAT32

If you want a windows install USB flash drive you need an ISO and something like rufus
