Boot problem laptop

So I wanted to install new Windows with USB stick but when I go to boot via USB laptop just starts to load windows. Nothing happens I just get Windows 10 logo and it loads like normal...

Did you change the boot priority in BIOS to make the USB the primary boot device?
How did you create the bootable USB?

Yep i did that and still nothing. I created it with windows usb dvd tool and i tried with rufus.. and i also tried with CD with Windows still same

What is the model of the laptop and please post an image of the boot priority page in BIOS.

By the way I want to downgrade it to Windows 7, i have Windows 10 now but i dont like it

Question from Drole2 : "Boot menu laptop problem"

Hi guys I have one problem with my laptop (Samsung Notebook NP300E5E).
So the problem is with booting I want to install new windows via USB Flash stick.
I went to the boot menu priority and i set there that USB has priority to boot first, then i hit f10 and it saves everything and restarts then I wait to boot over usb but it wont it just contiunes loading my windows like normal. I try also to hit F10 (thats button for boot on my laptop) i hit the enter on USB but it agains just starts loading normal windows. I have Windows 10 and I wont to downgrade to Windows 7 because I dont like W10 I hope someone will have the answer and solution to this probleeem

Try every other USB port.
Reinstall W7 to the USB using a different method, like Rufus.
