I just received my Quiet Comfort Ultra and am already disappointed that after spending nearly $450, I can't even use it while charging.
I called Bose to see if I was missing a step but was told that Bluetooth was disabled when charging, but I could still use the phono cable.
The problem is that cell phones no longer come with a phono jack making my new headphones a useless lump when being charged.
Much of my music and podcasts are on my phone and it's not much different than if I couldn't use my cellphone while it's being charged.
I won't report on my other observations as these are being returned anyway.
