Bought a Samsung HT j5500w

i just bought a Samsung HT j5500w home theater everything but the rear wireless ish speakers was working.I did an update on the system and now everything is messed up. The front two speakers are on the same bank the center is on the left bank and the sub doesnt work at all.And still no rear speakers. Any ideas??

Sound like the update may have over ridden your setting or screwed up the HTS. Try going through the set up again.
